"Tempest Pilot" by Squadron Leader C J Shedden is a good read about those aeroplanes and flying them during the war.

Just finished mine up on Saturday morning - had some throttle issues but I think I have them sorted . Test ride later if the t - storms hold off.

Thanks to my neighbor for the garden backdrop.
