Except for the Commando motor Ashley it puts me in mind of my Model 99 wideline it still has the 99 fuel tank but it has a Atlas motor, but it needs a full restore. That's a real nice bunch of bikes you have there Ashley.

I like the shape of the original Wideline tank, I was going to get a full alloy tank for it but finding one I like, I have a new alloy tank for my Manxman Slimeline Featherbed project bike it came with the bike but I am looking for a original Manxman or Atlas tank, thinking of getting a new cheap Indian made unpainted one for it and fix any faults before painting.

Collection of bits, from my garage NOC, Ebay etc.
At least 18months from finishing (Finances.), just trying out ideas at the moment.
Nice. Some interesting stuff going on there!

You know there’s a build section on this forum? Its where the nerds hang out to get excited over trick bits and details. It’d be great if you started a thread there…

Yes... 'erm...... I was just looking there 'for a friend' (honest!!) :)

Unless there is an event on, the only time that venue is a biker venue is a Monday evening. Most Monday evenings through the summer there is a reasonable gathering there. Unfortunately I don’t seem to manage to get there very often these days tho.

Rattlier than a 961 ?!

Must have been about to blow up !!
It was under an old railway bridge at the time so sounded worse than actual. Ridden by a n old girl as well, other half on an early Hinckley twin! Not sure if 850, Norton, the lads were rushing to the beck to play in the mud!
