Just a leisurely 120 mile ride today with my local gang, finished up a Pegwell bay in Kent UK, like a bit of historical fact/folklore in my 961 pics & backdrop , last one the Romans were mentioned, this one there is a hint of the first Anglo Saxons , big up the pic & zoom in the background & you will see the Viking ship replica of one that pulled up here 1500yrs ago , & couple miles behind is the “ Pfizer’s Factory site “ ,apart from the corvid vaccine , there also known for developing that little “blue pill “

I had to work late tonight, so took the bike. When I left the office it was dark. I walked towards where it was parked and the orange street lamp it was parked under made it really look beautiful. Phone pictures not great but you can probably see what I mean...

Very nice mate, great pics - she looks stunning! Forgot how much I prefer the single seat unit. It was’nt an option for me unfortunately, as they imported only dual seats into Aus (I think). Doubt I’d be able to get hold of one now. Look at those beautiful longs glowing in the light! Shortz Shmortz!!

Great pictures. Prompts me to ask whether anyone knows whether the Euro 4 longs are bigger diameter/volume than the earlier bikes. The cans on cliffa’s bike here look smaller, more like the original Commando. Or is it just the lighting?

Thanks, but unfortunately it's a trick of the light. I don't mind long pipes ( I used to ride MZ's for gods sake  ) but would love to get some sleeker versions at an affordable price.

I don't know if they're longer but they are definitely overestricted. Baffles start in the taper after the cat, the silencer has 4 sections, a 3/4 dia hole runs centrally with another 3/4 tube linking alternate sections all exiting from a 7/8 dia outlet. The end cone is dummy! The dent mine received was fortuitous, now only one section and a rev cone with a 3 inch outlet, runs and sounds great.

The a mark of a good bike...you look back and have to take a picture. Leave it like that in the UK and those pictures could be the last you'll see if it, sadly.

Good point. I'll revise that to sarf of Watford...maybe Luton...ok, Milton keynes! :D :D

Got jabbed up again today ,couldn’t help notice this little “ BSA” shopper bike & thought at least this won’t happen with the Norton name , Will it ? Here’s hoping TVS sought everything out,& start looking after original, existing & new customers alike
