I have a cortech magnetic 12 ltr tank bag for my roadster 3.5 gal and p11. https://www.revzilla.com/product_images/0040/1275/cortech_super2012_liter_magnetic_tank_bag_zoom.jpg
It may work for you if you didn't make your new tank out of alloy. It snaps up good and tight just behind the filler cap. I use the 18 ltr on my interstate.

I know exactly what you mean. You have to be there to see it. The camera just doesn't cut it.

Safford, AZ to Springerville, AZ on AZ hwy 191 also known as the Coronado Trail. Rode this loop this fall. Did it years ago when it was AZ hwy 666. I was attending the Buell owners rally at the time on my XB9R

I will start another thread in the commando section. I'll take some pictures of my roadster and interstate to show the two bags and the size difference. Lets keep this thread on topic. I got a little carried away with ludwig's rig.
