Ian, not really if you know Vince he deserved it, although he was a distant mate but not a close mate that has a history of drug dealings and ripping young people off with his small bags of hooter, his older brother supplied the gear and he cut it and sold it for more, this was back in the 70s when once's sold for $30 a bag, so really I just did what he was doing too others.

So, you made yourself his judge, jury, and executioner? I would have thought nothing of it if you replied that you made an offer, and he accepted it. Kind of a dick move to rub it in, but then young people do things like that so again it was a "consider the source" thing for me.

Seems you are doing the same thing Greg, but really I don't care if you judge me, Vince has never had a real job, he is a drug dealer and lives the high life up on the Sunshine coast, we haven't seen or heard from him for over 35 years but he is still doing the same thing from all accounts from others who share his facebook, we all done things in our youth but some never change and make money illegally, but I was 17 years old at the time, we all grow up but as I say some never change and as you said I made an offer and he accepted it at the time, not my fault it was an easy fix, as it could have been worst.
