Pictures of your Norton 961

Two weekends ago, I was riding my 961 SF and stopped to get a bite at a local cafe. This cafe is located in a strip mall. I parked my bike and seen a guy sitting outside another business in the same strip mall smoking a cigar. I noticed him looking at my bike from the distance (50 feet or so) I went in to grab a bite to eat and about 30-35 minutes later when I walked out my bike was surrounded by literally 10-12 Harley bikers from the "Advengers" motorcycle gang. When I walked out of the cafe that same guy smoking the cigar yelled "there's the owner!!"
I didn't know what to expect when I approached my bike, being that these guys were all big burly leather dressed bikers I thought for sure I was going to hear a ear load of how it's not a Harley. But instead they all loved it and didn't even know Norton was back in business! They all said as long as it's not jap it's bad ass! Lol
They said if you want to be different and have a beautiful bike then the Norton was a great choice! We all talked for at least 20-30 minutes. They loved the stance, color, style, air cooled, quality, history of Norton.
I gotta say, I AGREE!

Happens all the time. 8)

The next shop I rode to that day was the Triumph dealer where I had the fork seals replaced on my Speed Triple. I wanted to show the service manager my 961 because he seemed slightly interested. Unfortunately he was out so I started up a conversation with the sales guy instead (who saw me pull up to the shop in the first place). To my amazement he was not the least bit interested in my bike! I barely got him to glance sideways out the window. Like he was ever going to see another example any time soon?! What a snob.

People always have two reasons to a decision.

A good reason - I'm busy and a bike is a bike
The real reason - I'm not going to convey how interested I am in that 'damn what a good looking' bike. :D

We always serve ourselves even parts of our self we call other people.

I got tailgated today for 5miles into a parking lot so the guy could have "a closer look".
Some people a more honest and OK with being themselves.

Buy,ride,enjoy.

On the other hand, I stopped by a Kawasaki dealer and the whole shop emptied out to admire my Sport. Too each their own.

Hello Hideki San,

Is you bike out of hospital yet? Did you're dealer successfully resolve the issues?

Hello, Mr. Fast Eddie

I was hospitalized to a dealer for one month, but left it as it was hardly improved :(

However, the delinquent of the o2 sensor was found.
A dealer orders an O2 sensor from the U.K. and is hospitalized again in December.

I wish rotary defectiveness is recovered by the exchange of the o2 sensor

,my ol chum Geoff on his 750 right foot shift,we swapped bikes for an hour, the right foot shift took some practice, found my leg up in air a few times,I was fortunate to ride the 750 cause in the 35years since he's owned it,no one else has been allowed on it,I found the ride incredibly smooth, especially the engine & great torque ,top gear from 30mph,Geoff was full of grins to when I finally caught up with him & couldn't believe the brake,s & replied the same about his bike ,I was assured they were connected, but he's never upgraded from the original set up .

I saw the photo on my phone.
Zoomed in and didn't see the message or name.

I thought 'that's a Hideki special'

And it was :D

Brilliant as always.
