Think they built a few and still have a couple f/s.

I've emailed Norton on this tracker bike. I so wish they would make it. If they ever do I'm in line! Stuart if you read this, please produce this bike!

What is the Defect? Why is it hospitalised??

Disorder of the idling. & Sometimes The turn of the engine gets heavy and does not turn around.

It does not turn around above 3,000 RPM

However, the symptom returns during a run suddenly :?

Only one came to be fogged a plug :(

The welding of the exhaust pipe mount of the lower frame was broken by vibration :(

The connection of the hose of the fuel tank comes off, and gasoline gushes out :(

My motorcycle was hospitalized by the symptom mentioned above :?

I am sorry to be hard to understand it as I cannot speak English.

I hope that a motorcycle is repaired early

Oh dear Hideki, sorry to hear that. I hope the dealership support is good in Japan?

Thank you very much

It seems to be the first symptom for a Japanese dealer.
As I leave it at the dealer for a while, I want to go to take a photograph again if I come back

More here:

I emailed 72-motorcycles. They have 4 left and cost 30k pounds. 6 months to build.

A bargain.

So I presume they only have 3 left now...?

, whilst we talking of flat trackers, this is a factory one ,its all the mini museum in "donelson cycles" St Louis, great collection there,Carl donelson was a Norton/bsa dealer & still has a vast NOS parts collection.

A ride out to Brattleboro VT under beautifully mild temperatures for early November. I made this stop at Lynde Motorsports just in time to talk to Stanley Lynde before he headed out for an appointment. He seemed to like my new ride a whole lot. He stood and asked a load of questions and basically drooled over her for 15 minutes (making him late for his appointment :) ).

Stanley worked on my Mk3 early on. He brought her back to life when I got stuck on an electrical problem. I am feeling him out for any warranty work I might need done in the future. Although, with the perfect way she rode all afternoon I am quickly turning into an optimist. I put in 108 miles altogether. The engine was smooth at almost all RPM levels - even after lugging it on a 2 mile long uphill section of Route 2 in Greenfield MA. I am very pleased!

People have said "it's looks too tall" , "that tank is too wide" yada yada and everyone is right, for themselves.

But how do you not look at that and at least briefly think "now THAT is a motorcycle" I don't know.

Love bikes I can 'see through'. There's something honest in that design.

The 961 preserves that look of gracefulness, light weight, and understated elegance that britbikes of the past were famous for.
Even though it has put on a few pounds, it wears them well.
