Very nice Stuart - looking good! That black painting of the engine cover ‘Norton‘ logo looks pretty good; what was your technique?Exactly, took mine out this afternoon, hard to find the open road and avoid the numpties but when I did, magic! No oil leak and running a dream.
Never posted a pic, pleb member, but deffo a keeper!Hey Al, I thought you were selling yours, or have I got the wrong Al? If you are the one true Al, it was a cracking looking machine so maybe you are in love again
Meths & clean rag, small paintbrush, etch primer, engine enamel, two cups of tea and a packet of chocolate Hob Nobs. Worked out quite well!Very nice Stuart - looking good! That black painting of the engine cover ‘Norton‘ logo looks pretty good; what was your technique?
Small wheel paddock stand on gravel - ballsy!!![]()
How integral were the chocolate Hob Nobs?Meths & clean rag, small paintbrush, etch primer, engine enamel, two cups of tea and a packet of chocolate Hob Nobs. Worked out quite well!
Duh. That’s a stupid question!H

Now that's where it gets tricky - milk is better for a dunk but dark is for real men; the sort of man who has a long exhaust. Light Bulb! how about a half and half milk and dark?Duh. That’s a stupid question!
A real question is: milk or dark ?
I didn't take any because there have been a few pics around of the new production line but will do. Any excuse for a bacon and sausage sandwich! I did notice that they do seem to be resolving some issues; where the rear damper rubs on the CF chain guard they now have permanently fixed with a foam pad;Any more pics of that Classic ?
That's not a fix, it's a bodge! The right way would be to relocate or re engineer to ensure adequate working clearance....I didn't take any because there have been a few pics around of the new production line but will do. It's scepticism like this that has blighted British innovators like Sir Frank Whittle - are you really trying to tell me that this fully designed and engineered frictional interfacing separation component is just a bit of random car trim foam? I think you could very well be a fifth columnist......Tha

Fifth??? I demand promotion, at least to a medal position, third maybe ??It's scepticism like this that has blighted British innovators like Sir Frank Whittle - are you really trying to tell me that this fully designed and engineered frictional interfacing separation component is just a bit of random car trim foam?
