I agree, the KTM look is very devisive - I like their earlier stuff better. They have a better reliability record than Ducati, Triumph or even BMW though I believe, where tech issue have been uppermost. We bikers are often drawn towards practicality and performance however, very few I suspect would ever buy a bike that they did not like the look of. Good luck with the choice, no doubt you’ll make the right one - all three are awesome bikes. It really is an embarrassment of riches for us ‘modern’ bikers.@Stephen_Spencer as I mentioned in another thread, that KTM looks like it was hit in the face too many times with an ugly stick - LOL. The KTM Super Adventure S was on my list early on, but chain drive was a strike against it, and I have a friend that had 2 KTM engines grenade on him, so it left me with an ill feeling about them. Others I know love them and have had reliable bikes.
The Triumph is high on the list but not sure when they will hit dealers here, and the newish cross plane crank engine scares me a little. That combined with a bleeding edge electronics package from a British manufacturer.
