Have you tried Norton Motorcycles ? That is where I got mine from . Also , I have heard there are aluminum tank specialists in the UK will to copy your tank and fit to your bike ?

No idea I live in USA. The aluminum tank on my commando I purchased from norton when Callum was still there.
I know Evan Wilcox here in the USA can make them.
