I've made my decision and I will go for a Norvil tank (alloy) as some of you suggested. So looking for the right option.

The fact that the person selling these tanks is not able to offer any sort of guarantee, and feels the need to add a sealer, suggests that failure is almost certainly going to occur within a reasonably short period of time.
