Intresting his comments on his major prang , single Vs Twin ( the 650 Domi ? ) . He regarded the TWIN as FASTER . well worth a read . Interloan Library ? .

Now where were we ! V Good street Tracker 975 Rob North Triple in a 80s US magazine , all period parts . obviously . includeing the 3 - 1 Exhaust .

pretty much this at 975 with 32 carbs , but Triumph / North .

The Woods and Axtel 750 size twins were good for over 70 hp Matt and over 7000 rpm red line to boot. I don't think anyone could afford to put one of Wood's wonders out in public in that era but was told my P!! after two years of wins '68 & '69 was dropped over 140 mph and pilot retired with point proven against the Asian's. Amazingly its front drum worked pretty darn good.

This is Ron's latest tracker, ridden rather successfully by my homeboy National #23 Jeffrey Carver Jr. Ron doesn't run a full GNC program anymore, but this Bimmer has kicked some ass and left footprints in the select races it's been entered in.

Not a Norton, I know, but I'm sure a lot of what went into this machine was learned racing and breaking Nortons.
