New laws in Australia gone mad

In the most recent drug related incident the TV reports didn't mention bikies until one channel broke ranks. I don't associate with police and I don't take a close interest in this garbage, however I have a friend who watches stuff fairly closely and has access to information from the other side. You can read all the press reports on the web and still not know what is really happening. Our media slants its' reports to suit the local politics . You can only read between the lines and assess on the basis of prior form. On 1st December in Victoria there is a massed ride to Parliament House to protest this stuff. It is all a storm in a tea cup. The Liberal Party in Victoria looks about to lose government over other issues anyway. Eventually all this stuff will be resolved, and nobodies' liberties will be reduced. I think there will be a moment of truth.
If you watch our latest newscasts, the childish antics of out state politicians are quite amusing - it will all be sorted. We've got one person holding the balance of power, there was an option not to prosecute him over some minor criminality which involved a possible sentence, he will now go to trial - the judiciary have spoken, and the shit will hit the fan if he is convicted. The foot shuffling and posturing is interesting. It is all a game.
You should be able to access our newscasts from the Australian Broadcasting Corporation Channel 24 on the web . Have a look at the Victorian State Parliament. The written press reports show a different picture. If you read the newspapers from each side of the spectrum - Murdoch and Fairfax, the differences are amazing.

There is a danger in the massed bikie ride to parliament house on 1st December. How the media report it can influence public opinion, a much quieter political action might be better. In the past there have been politicians who have been holding the microphone on TV, and used it against protestors while standing in front of them, for the advantage on their own party.

We have seen, repeatedly, you can't even repeat or report Norton history accurately.
To suggest you have 'inside sources' or 'superior understanding' on this bikie laws stuff is just - laughable... ??
Especially when you are 1000+ miles away.

Alan, bigger brains than me think its gone past the point of no return of evil people actions damaging money system, court and election systems and environmental survival systems recovery. Research has been done that shows only two ways to get some fairness among all types of people, evil or good, everyone has an equalizer or no one does. Only reason you don't have monitoring implant tracking and traffic stops on every road is Govt and gangs ain't yet stolen enough from us to complete the process. Just wait and see if you live that long while still risking riding. Optimistic reviews say about a dozen human generation left before all sterile but that's not taking into account thinking=emotional people reacting to realization there's nothing to lose by next couple generations...

I grew up in Miami Fla, of Love Boat and Miami Vice TV and Cuban crisis fame. up to age 11 our small gangs first victimized homes business schools cars what ever mostly just for kix. Then 12 on met other white gangs and fought with them over nothing but us vs them hormones. Then the Cuban families came in and brought life back to whttering Miami, then few years later the Cuban boat people thrown out of Cuba to become natural enemies of locals with nothing to lose and everything to gain ganging up. Then went through the integration wars of poor mistreated blacks being forced into 0verwhelming odds in white schools full of mostly cooperative whites but enough ass holes hoodlums daily fights became full movie style rumbles, to point armed police was stationed at Every hi school entrance and internal hall way intersections or all hell would break loose, again. Most the whites back then did not carry weapons in school but the blacks sure did and mostly got away with it or could entice a riot reaction later. I know the sound of skulls being body slammed on ground to be felt though your shoes some yds away while action coming my way as I was the one who started it, just by being alone among blacks blocking my way to have my prior gang enemies pile out of the circling cars to save a fellow race member. I never lost a one on one fight and have held off a couple-3 teenagers by going bezerk on em, once with my club scout knife surprise drawing their blood at age 7 till could run away with my younger brother.

If not for my science interest who knows where my drug dealing with gangs and derelicts could of gone but still remember one the coolest bikes I ever saw was used to delivery the goods. For me there was no way out but move long ways aways, which then lead to the innocent on a P!! which caused 1%'rs colors to treat me as one of their own and police to try to stop on sight. Neither could catch me so here I am by pure miracle luck of the draw, feeling life is just purposeless rationalizations to keep at it for the kix while avoiding THE Pain as can.

This site is worth filtering through for current and past regional to global turmoils and various ways, any one of which could be the end of us, just faster or slower is all. On a more cosmic level its said solar system is begining to encounter a interstellar plasma cloud and a strange comet crossing our path, so who knows what hidden stress that might do but according to past civilizations legends its mean interesting times of bad juju.

There have been previous attempts to discourage criminality in Australia by using laws about association - they failed then and they will fail now. The laws are probably still on the statute books - it does not work.

It is not about false claims, it is about public perceptions in Queensland. There is a new kid on the block, and Newman must dig in - what appears in the media is often slanted to help him. Rohan, read up on Clive Palmer and the Queensland government. There are 3 or 4 main states with coalition governments, and our federal government is also the coalition of the Liberal Party and the National Party. Palmer is one of their own however he has decided to run his own race and is very cashed up. It is standard political practice to create a problem then look like you are solving it. It covers up other inadequacies.

If left unchecked, this will destroy motorcycling as we know it, make no mistake.
The whole motorcycle industry here is dreading long term what this will do to the local businesses...
