Do youz guys using TTi gearboxes not use a clutch rod seal? The clutch rod in my TTi gearbox never shows any oil on it period. Gear oil is up to half way on the kick start shaft as recommended by Andy Molnar. My clutch rod is dry as a bleached-out bone on a beach.

Nope. No pushrod seal on mine either. I grease the pushrod on assembly.

They can oil the clutch if overfilled though, Andy’s advice is spot on there re oil level.

Might have lightly greased the rods on assembly 6 years ago. Just use the specified 330ml when changing oil. Never used an rod oil seal in any Norton for the last 58 years.
