Well, you can postulate all sorts of worst cases, but their deposit form ($3,000 non-refundable deposit required) is a contractual promise to deliver the bike at those prices, plus the usual tax, prep, and license, depending on which state they deliver it to. There's no weasel wording in the form to let them raise the price. Unless they go bankrupt, they will have to deliver the bikes at the agreed price, refund the deposits (like Kenny Dreer forced the owners of what was once his company to do), or see a lot of buyers in court.
Hopefully, they will eventually start delivering the bikes here, and we won't have to speculate about it.
