I also just recently made a right hand turn and hit gravel in the corner. The front tire slid to the left , I thought I was going to low side but somehow managed to stay up. I think I gave it a little throttle which helped stand the bike up. Or maybe it was Divine intervention......as my buddy that was riding behind me is a Preacher.

Good for you!
You probably have some dirt bike experience which is the one of the best lessons for saving it on the street.
