I recognize that mid-70s Honda front brake caliper mount, and those look like Triumph pre-unit inner primary case halves.

Thanks, Paul. On that note, I'll give him the Triumph halves back so he can put them to use!

In the Norton pile, are those the infamous 'flip top' pistons? If so, I'd hang them on the wall.

Nice diagram! :D

Also, I think the inner primary covers in the WTF pile are actually Atlas/N15CS. GP used them in an N15CS resto. Anyone else know for sure?

Wow !That will be a good project! I have been working on a T-140 that had some light rust in a lot of weird places. Rode hard & put away wet!
I discovered that using Evaporust (Google it) in an ultrasonic cleaner turned most of the rusty parts into near new within 30 minutes. The evaporust needs to be around 120+ deg f to work well. I think a gallon is 19$ + shipping, 11$.
Funny thing is that the rusty bolts & nuts came out looking like they were just cad plated.

It's home! All-in-all, I'm really happy with my $1650 purchase. The guy also threw in a decent transmission (not locked up) for $150.. Not bad!

BUT............Did you get a clean title with vin or are we going to have to listen to you whine and cry about it?

All-in-all, it was a good pickup. Glad I took a flyer on it. :)

Notice on that left crankcase the name Tom Christensen? Do you know who that might be? If its the real deal you may have a bit of Hogslayer history!

I get the feeling it's purely coincidental. TC Christenson was the famous racer, not Christensen as appears to be written on my case. Kind of a crazy coincidence though!

So one of the mystery round things is solved.. marked "68-729" with a Diekast logo. Looks like it's a generator housing from a BSA A65. Not sure what the other one (the one with bolts) is from. It has markings of "20884 PBM" and I can't find anything by looking on Google.

I'm pretty sure the inner primary covers, as mentioned above, are from a G15CS/N15CS, and there's the caliper mount from the Honda CB750. Anyone have any ideas on the other stuff? :)

So, if I don't smoke, the pistons are completely worthless? LOL

Someone on ebay will buy them, don't ask me how I know.

Bahahahahaha. People on eBay will buy just about everything!

Hell, I just bought a fugly outer primary cover with ugly worn chrome for probably way too much money. Should clean up nicely, though.. /shrug

The Stator mounts appear to be n15/g15 may be 650SS/atlas, the inner primary is g15/n15 or maybe P11' atlas 650SS are steel.

I've been using flat rate usps boxes, medium is $14 USA. Small is $5, can't go wrong. Sellers are crazy.
