You might get a kick out of this. Some while back I was bidding on a seat, and old used seat with a cracked fiberglass seat pan. Looking back, I had no business bidding on it in the first place. Anyway it was cheap enough when i jumped in and the shipping price listed wasn't out of line. Well when I placed my bid i didn't hit he period between the 20.00 and my maximum bid was now 2000 bucks. Well i spent the next two days trying to reach someone at e-bay by phone (using the # posted) no luck. i read and re-read the fine print telling me it could be changed but I couldn't get it to actually change. needless to say that i was relieved when the other bidders stopped at 56.00. Now I always double check before punching the confirm button & I have an extra seat in the garage that i don't need right now but i can use on my other project ('69 basket case)whenever i get around to it- not likely anytime soon.....hey do you need a seat to replace the flat brown one pictured
