Hi Friends,
Here a few pics from inside my TTI gearbox (made in new Zeeland)
This gearbox is use by the most of the classic riders including the classic MX side car riders, beter know as "the gearbox killers"
The box as a drum selection system and a special casting on the case, the main shaft will never flex due to a better support of the main shaft, becouse of that you must use a small TTI front sprocket and 520 chain (5/8 x 1/4 for the old generation)
My gearbox is the 5 speed road version, not the close ratio, but the first gear is longer as the Commando one
The hydroliek clutch relaese system is a home addaptation from the EP Williams Triumph system
With over 15.000 kms trouble free, including shifting upwards without clutch and never search for the neutral at traffic lights
One of my friends use this gearbox on his racing sidecar with a powerfull Welslake Nourish engine and never broke, before he broke everything existing on the market.
The gearbox is very expensive, but is realy the top! and never forget: you must be very rich to buy cheap stuff
Merry Chrismas and happy new year, Yves

Whoops! I meant Magnesium not titainium (I think all I was thinking at the time was Unobtainium!)
