What's wrong with this bike cop????

Trawling through some old photos and newspaper clippings I came across this clipping of a London bike cop making a radio call.

But why are people laughing at him?



Does anyone know what's up with him? I'll post the complete picture soon

Yup it is the old 'launch a cop and bike in concrete' trick! Typical day out for a London bike cop, and It would never have happened if he was on an Interpol



And I like the way a 'spokesman' blames the workmen!
