Hi Mark,
I had a look at the Interceptor & I see your point.
The only 2 things not stock on this bike are the mufflers & the dark tint screen.

I can take this for a blast with later model bikes & it not only holds its own, but some are downright amazed at how well it corners & performs.
I have had other bikes with more top end but this one does everything very nicely & is a joy to ride.

Thought I would bring this thread back since we have a lot of new members lately. Sad to report I don't have a 2nd bike yet, but I did buy 2 parts for the future haha... can you tell where I'm going?

I'm very pleased to see you back on less than 4 wheels again, I'm struggling with an infection in my collar bone at the moment and it looks like I will be unable to ride a bike for at least a couple of months. All the best to you and be careful, It's a jungle out there!

Got my '00 'boney' SV650 suzuki road worthy after almost 4 yrs dead as a run over goat. Was only recovered less than 3 mo. after couple years dead as a Great Big Pyrennes. I had a blast the two times I dared cross the Gravel with it but its not a Combat Commando so a a friend gets to use it up instead of me.

thanks, that's my daily workhorse. she was the bike that got me into "old bikes" i built her on a budget over the course of 3 years. I've put probly 30k on her over 5 years. Runs like a top, dead reliable and everyone wants to stop and talk about it. I love that bike.

This is the result of a 2001, Bandit 600 that found its way into my shop in pieces. I call her Roller Girl because like the roller derby queens, she keeps getting thrown down and getting back up. She has been wrecked several times according to the title paper trail. It's a fun bike.

2006 Triumph Tiger 955i...
just picked it up today and love it so far...bought a supermoto awhile back and am completely sold on long travel plush suspension (especially since the county has quit maintaining the roads where I live)
...this bike has that plus is mighty fast and can tour too and has a 6 gallon tank like my Interstate...a face only a mother could love but the looks are very slowly growing on me ;-)
