Actually only the 2 inlet rocker shaft ends have to be drilled for all rockers to be fed by either side of the head :wink:

I would think that the oil pump might need higher pressure to get to the last rocker?

No, I would not think this to be the case. It's a matter of replacing a longish external oil line + a banjo fitting with a short straight drilling. The pressure drop should be less with the drilled rocker shaft than with the external oil line.

The restriction that affects the oil pressure is the clearance of the 4 rocker arm bores to the spindle they are each fitted to. As this would (by my understanding) affect the oil lost out of each side of the arm and through the oil feed drilling much more than the size of feed pipes unless said pipe is really undersize compared to the original design. Or am i missing something else?
