The weld : head stock to down tube drifts away at the bottom and does not connect anything .. shows porr concentration

You're a bit quick on the criticism for someone who's only joined a week ago.
The clear coat will obviously show "flaws" that are invisible under paint.

I don't see anything wrong with that welding? But then I'm not a bronze welder

There is nothing to celebrate, the money I receive so far is peanuts!
The value of blood, sweat and tears is very low here in Belgium.
I agree. My brother was hit by Calamity Jane over 10 years ago and he got about $60,000 US.

He may have a point though, difficult from photographs but I think I would ask for an opinion on that and I can Sif bronze weld.

See vid below for porting a Full Auto head. Expect more mid range and top end. Flowing/opening the ports won't do anything for the low end. Do not remove any material from the port floor.

I joined a year ago , been welding for 55 years
Hi Iam,
I am open to critiscims even if you are member only one day.
I will take a closer look to the weld to day.
The frame was made by Roger Titchmarch, the man that own the rights from Collin Seeley and also the jigs.
It's well know that the welding from Titchmarch are better as the one from Collin Seeley.
The frame was made by Titchmarch and sale to Minovation racing UK and the sale the frame to Kenny Cumings NY.
I can not imagine that this very experimented mens will let pas a frame with a bad weld.
Yves

I did a jump to my wokshop to day and inspect the weld, I am not a expert but I don't see anything wrong.
Yves
In post 25 the picture looks like the weld at the bottom isn't making full contact from the headstock to the down tube,
But it's probably the angle of the photo

I hope that I am wrong however small things like porosity and run offs are easily overlooked and subsequently can leed to failure. I wish you great sucess with your build and look forward to seeing more of it Cheers Ian

The little black line/spec at the end point makes it appear that the weld is adjacent the end of the tube rather than half on it. If the black line is the end of the tube, it is a problem.
If the black line is just a bit of gunk and the weld is where it should be, straddling both pieces, then there's no problem.

I will make new pics rom the weld, so you will see there is nothing wrong

No pics needed Yves, I believe you. My first thought was it's a nice weld, then saw the bit of crud that might make things appear off kilter.

Hi there,
what I did before XMas:
Mounting the triple clamps with new conical bearings.
Ride to Herman for blast the Fullauto head and Maney cylinder, they will be finish tomorow.
I discover some scratches inside cylinder, after mesurment the cylinder is 73.02mm, Jim Schmidt advice 73.00 for his pistons, so I will rebore the cylinder to 73.50
Next week I wish to change one of the forks legs and put new tires, mounting the fork and the weels.
Keep you posted
Yves
