Some of the things people do in other countries are quite amazing
Leaving Corfu airport in a taxi a couple of weeks ago we were overtaken by a bloke on a scooter
Riding one hand
No helmet gloves or shoes
Just a pair of shorts
Carrying a tray of coffees
Where we were staying it wasn't unusual to see a whole family out on a scooter going somewhere at 12 at night !!
Can't imagine seeing things like that in the UK
I spent some time in India Baz… so NOTHING will surprise me when it comes to ‘what can be carried on a scooter’ !Some of the things people do in other countries are quite amazing

Did anyone dare clap???Some years back I saw a chap riding his Hayabusa one handed, clutch, throttle and brake all on the left bar. Impressive as he only had one arm.
More impressive was me seeing him fit a new chain on his own.
Even more impressive was how fast he could ride it, clocking 235mph from memory at the track.
Yeah I'd expect to see stuff like that in IndiaI spent some time in India Baz… so NOTHING will surprise me when it comes to ‘what can be carried on a scooter’ !
I don't wear gloves and in winter only fingerless gloves if its cold, after 50 years of riding still have all my fingers, but I do wear a stack hat.Yeah I'd expect to see stuff like that in India
I was just surprised to see it in Greece
Not many people wear crash helmets or gloves and that's on big sports bikes
Not just scooters
now that’s a serious TFT speedo display!!
