Another one lives!

I’ve done a couple of hundred miles on it, running it in. It’s a little buzzy but it doesn’t feel unpleasant. I’m not really expecting it to be super smooth but it’s better than I thought it would be. My big old boots must damp it out a bit, all part of the fun! o_O ;)

Good on ya. I wasn't sure if it was going to end up a museum piece. :)

They don't vibrate that bad for a solid mounted twin. I've owned big 600 singles that vibrate more. My P11 vibrates just enough to tickle my balls.

Given the reference to footrest rubbers I assumed your man was talking about the balls of his feet. If not, though, rubber underpants are available (allegedly!)

I might have to splash out on a pair then! :D
The joys of P11 ownership! It just keeps on giving!
:)

That solid mounted head steady transfers whatever is going on inside the motor to the seat as well as everywhere else. It's a high frequency light buzz I kind of like.

I've never tried this in the nether regions, but it reminds me of the buzz one gets from an electric muscle massager. No other bike I've owned has this massage feature.

It looks stunning and yes I have green eyes, ok so mine isn't a p11 but foot buzz it no issue, backside is more of a problem around south Warwickshire, especially down that Roman fosse way. Featherbed, my a... Still love it after 43years of perseverance.

Berliner built or had them build especially for you :)
