Almost lost a Norton today

As most posts have recognized , the problem is lack of enforcement & accountability , people are running amok and mostly getting away with it .
Australia with its ridiculous political correctness is rapidly sinking into that pit . very sad to see .
 
I owned 2 sport / hunt guns as a youth . Had them both voluntarily destroyed then by the local Police , as a request . Never went back to ownership . I enjoyed firing them at bottle targets and still to this day will accept an offer to fire at an inanimate target from an owner just for the fun of discharging one .. That said I have big worries about America's current direction to date on this subject . ( Drove the Norty today after soldering up the old loose L.H. side switch gear connections . Enjoy )

It's the same in the UK
Punishment never seems to fit the crime
And more rights for the criminal than the victim
