Hi Eddie,

Indeed one of the thoughts. Either centerpart also CF. In work it doesn’t matter that much. The question is if a do I make an air inlet in the side panels or not. The oil separation system inside the air box, Airbox removal possible without rear wheel removal,....

The side panel of my sx250 does just that, remove to expose the air filter, that was '76 technology! Too simple an idea for Dreer/Skinner to have adopted, shame.
