Sound is dire but I had the best seat in the house
Couple of pics courtesy of the Lincolnshire Poacher..
Mx, Is that the official 961 owners cafe?
How it was,
How we felt,
Great day out.
Great pics fellas, I hope to be able to join you when I eventually get my bike !
Welcome back Sam!
What’s the latest ETA on yer bike?
Thanks mate. I phoned Clem 2 weeks ago and he said about another 8 weeks , so maybe in 6/7 weeks I'll hopefully have it. Must say, it will look a deal different to all the others with it's high bars , garish paint etc
Thanks Stuart, great day out!
Actually, i was only a couple of metres behind you and I think I saw an air gap beneath the rear tyre. Not quite IOM TT but getting there. Love the video footage, can you put the speed to normal as I think that was in slo-mo mode.
A great day out and a real pleasure to meet you all. Thanks to Colin and the Northampton NOC for making us so welcome. How things have moved on from some of the comments on the NOC forums a year or so ago. Hopefully we have shown to the 'real' Norton owners how enthusiastic we are about our machines and the marque. It was interesting to get the 'are they reliable?' questions.
Just got this from NOC Colin Cheney
I count a 'dirty dozen' who's missing?
Pardon my language, but you all are some HCMFs. Hard Core.... Looked to be a spectacular ride. Those bikes do look so at home there.
That’ll be me, I was inside enjoying the delicious food.
