Looks lovely, but why is it listed twice?
Wonder if it's (yet another) of us who is just too old for this sort of fun?
Fortunately I'm not in the UK, otherwise I would be having sleepless nights over this.
What's the reputation of the Rickman 8 valve though? Is it the same as the Nourish head?

It's a Weslake head.

Not a bad price at all, with a 2nd complete engine...

It has a v5 (registration document) so yes it's road legal
Even if it didn't it could be registered for the road
