Did you mean Newtronic?

I still have my Newtronic box somewhere, it might have the instructions in it. I dumped it as it really is only getting rid of the points, the spring driven AAU is still there and just as prone to jamming fully advanced. With an electric starter if the AAU jams fully advanced then it could be goodbye starter.

I'm sure I bought a Newtronic ignition many years ago and had to return it as it wasn't +ve earth compatible despite being advertised for Commando's.
Am I getting old and confused?
