Any ideas where I could pick up a valve cover gasket? Nothing comes up on the old Google.

Try City Garage in California or AF1 in Texas. I usually would get my gaskets from Thiel Motorsport in Germany.

So the issue was better venting! The mechanic who worked on my bike sorted the 961 out and provided some much needed venting. Looks to back to normal! Fingers crossed
