Hi Ed, sorry for the delay. Well, they look like NOS, but I am not sure. The funny thing is I sold Randy the pair from Armours at Oley last year because they just wouldn’t fit my bike. I had already ordered another pair through the mechanics who was working on the bike, but they didn’t fit either. Was then told Randy had a NOS pair so I bought them. The quality is definitely there and they fit perfectly. It’s anybody’s guess as to their origin though, they could even be the Armours ones that Randy tweaked and rechromed All I know is that this bloody bike has cost me a small fortune since I bought it from the original owner. I just sent Anthony Curzon a picture of it, but he has remained oddly silent. Perhaps he doesn’t approve. I must add that he has been a great source of help in getting it back on the road again.

That sounds familiar. You were probably better off than most of us whose foundation was an incomplete basket case of what appeared to be rubbish.
