Say what?
..trouble n strife and two bins lids.
For the benefit of those that didn’t grow up in east London during the late Victorian era, strife rhymes with Wife , lids rhymes with kids, so Nigel is with his family ,the second word of the slang usually rhymes with what’s trying to be said, & just to confuse you the second word is often left off.Say what?
Yes pleaseI’ve finished, now in Santa Monica with trouble n strife and two bins lids.
I did just over 3,000 miles on a brand spanking new Road King. Loved it. Wasn’t gonna do a thread but will if folks are interested.

Cream crackered =knackered = tired
Butchers is short for butchers hook = look
Ol china = China plate = mate
Mutt n Jeff = deaf
Rosie lee = tea
Hank Marvin = starving - as in hungry
Hopefully the pics will be enlightening
Trouble and bins flew out to LA to rendezvous with me here.
Blimey,
Get some thermal base layers. I was in MA (Northampton, Amherst, Holyoke, Springfield) at the end of October in 2015 and went for a ride with a friend of my daughters - lovely autumn day, plenty of sun and the colours (colors) of the trees in fall...

Just a quick run up into "The Wolds" and back. Fingers crossed we will still get a few more late Summer days like today.
Fair enough.Ha - I work in Williamstown MA. Do you visit Western MA often?
By the way, I haven't stopped riding. I just need to put more mileage on the older sister (my '75 Mk3) and the best way to do that is to put this one away ... far away.
Rent an Indian if at all possible!... might have to be a HD hire bike
