I,m a daily reader but rarely contribute. Too many on the forum with far more knowledge than me and some people seem more intelligent when they say nothing.
I have a 1973 750 Roadster which I have just moved out of my livingroom to get the final bits of assembly finished. I hope to get it on the road and running in the near future. It is my first Norton and a five year project which is finally nearing completion. WAHIOOO! Pazon Altair Ignition and J&S Flatsides...hell yeah!
One Ms Peel once a great '72 Combat not a mongrel special barely Norton but for isolastics and basic power unit design.
One '72 Trixie pure plain Jane as issued factory Combat delight and money attention drainer.
Had a Fast Back in 71, not exactly sure what year it was, but it was Orange and Silver.
Had a 71 Fast Back in about 98/99, British Racing green.
Got a 72 Roadster now.
Simple answer,from a simple bloke...... 3
80% done on my first Norton. 1975 MKIII custom I think a whole lot of people read the forum often but don't have much to say. It is kinda like going to Norton school for me.
I think that makes 112 bikes mentioned.
2 for me. A 73 and a 74. The 73 has been robbed for small parts but I plan to get it on the road next year.
The 74 has just been restored by me this year and am waiting for a Tri-Spark from CNW in a couple of weeks so I can get back out there.
