If the 'shop' still exists then I doubt it's at the 2 Elm Villa, Fressingfield, Eye. address.

If the shop is at the back then there appears to be no vehicular access to the rear of the property. Not even a side passage.

MW was a frequent seller on ebay with a 100% positive feedback as a seller but his last sale (750 Commando) was "more than a year ago".
