Donald Trump is impeached!

I am way to old to go to war as our children .... we rolled our VW bus all the way over and back up on wheels in a snowstorm , so close to home we walked , Mounties came to door in morning asking if I would drive it home , they couldn’t start it , so I did , drove it home in snow with no windshield , spit out a lot of glass the night before .....

Guess I'd better do an ammo inventory if I gotta go to war...… Could use a couple of RPK's though.... Don't have any of those.. Really like'em too. Oh.. And lots of ammo for them because I like to play with new toys.

I'm a bit long in the tooth for this game so toss in a nice MG3 with plenty of ammo too.

Now that the articles of Impeachment have been delivered to the Senate the sham trial can begin. Republicans want no witnesses, no documents and have already announced they will vote not to remove Trump from office. Just as any banana Republic would treat its dictator.
 
Oooooohhh! A bit harsh, I don't take to much intest in all this American politics , the latest is an aide of Rudy Giuliani stating / claiming that Trump knew what was going on, so we will wait and see.

As far as politics go, my interests come and go according to the position of the moon etc. I cannot believe you have a court in the Senate where you are not allowed to call witness or produce doc. proof on your own behalf. There again it's not me who makes the rules. And yet, Trump was, to put it technically, subject to being impeached and very nearly started World War 3 by openly assassinating an Iranian General right under everybody's noses.........this world is crazy! You couldn't make it up.

Regardless of the truth or otherwise of DJT dodgy deals across the globe, the truth or otherwise of Democrat dodgy dealings via Clinton/Obama/Carter... the republican controlled senate will not support impeachment of the President so it Is all just political posturing and consequently a waste of time and resources which could be used to support vulnerable American voters. Trump will then declare a victory against impeachment when it is a hiatus - charges suspended by the senate but not necessarily dismissed.
Bottom line, your average Joe sees no benefit from this action
 
To me looking from the outside the ones who lost the election are just sore losers and will do anything to get back in power and when it goes to the senate its going to go nowhere because Trump's mob holds the power and vote, so to me its just a waste of time, the only way to get rid of Trump is to vote him out at the end of the year but some people on the other side can't see that and who knows Trump might do even better next time around because of all the BS from the other side.

The fact that the outcome of a Senate trial seems pre-determined signifies our system is BROKEN.

A trial will force REPs to go on record supporting this administration and their crimes.

Yes the only way to get him out is to vote him out. But to sit by and do nothing in the meantime is un-American, especially when the evidence is as damning as it is.
 
Andrew Johnson, Democrat, 17th President, was impeached by a Republican House of Representatives. Yet the Republican controlled Senate voted, by one vote, to acquit the Democrat, Johnson.
