He's also whined about "unfriendly Governors" whose States may be a little less equal when it comes to Federal Assistance for obtaining crucial medical equipment and supplies. He was close to firing Fauci for dispelling some of his fantasies. It"s Lord of the Flies:
Trump Told Governors to Buy Own Virus Supplies, Then Outbid Them
Yes, tribute must be paid to the dear leader. He's also whined about "unfriendly Governors" whose States may be a little less equal when it comes to Federal Assistance for obtaining crucial medical equipment and supplies. He was close to firing Fauci for dispelling some of his fantasies.
Problem is, the man prancing around with a feather duster up his ass is responsible for the three things you have listed above, all of which he is failing to uphold.I've given ample thought to all of this and... 1) as long as this is controlled with minimal loss of life in the shortest time frame. 2) there is a salvageable economy remaining to put into gear. 3) there is rule of law maintained.…. I'm good with these 3 things... Other than that he can stuff a feather duster up his rear and prance about proclaiming himself the great firedrake incarnate.
I just hope he doesn't see that! Some time ago while he was expressing a desire to repaint Air Force 1Surprised they didn't announce the ship was being re-named the "Donald J. Trump"...but there's plenty of time for that later.
What? He didn't want to paint Airforce 1 day glow orange?I just hope he doesn't see that! Some time ago while he was expressing a desire to repaint Air Force 1
the paint scheme looks almost just like his bidness jet except the colors were in reverse order.
I’ve worked in many industries in many sectors in many countries and I FULLY agree with you there Al.Perhaps becoming and staying a leader does not depend on you being good or bad, as long as you make decisions as required ? It has been said that if you did the stats across the whole of industry, the rate of making a 'correct decision' is 50%. However the law of unintended consequences always applies. So 'everything happens for the best'. - Merit-based pay ? - ZERO.
Success is more than random.
Not just industries - in education it is the same. When the students don’t meet their expected grades the question is why YOU didn’t achieve the grades and what went wrong...no pay rise for YOU this year. When they do meet the expected grades it’s a team effort all credit for the teachers over 5 years, great leadership and WE ALL get a pay riseI’ve worked in many industries in many sectors in many countries and I FULLY agree with you there Al.
I realised it a long time ago, we look at big corporations and assume they some how know best. But, at the end of the day, they are run by people just a fallible as the rest of us.
People in those positions blame down turns on other people and / or other factors... and up turns on their fantastic leadership.
It’s the same the world over, probably always has been, probably always will be.
Fake news ?Only a week in.... Where will it all end?
