Yes I would be broke by now if I was paying someone.
This week coming will be the big test, in another couple of hours we are heading to Bathurst for the annual rally. I am taking the Norton and my trusty Gt750 Water Bottle.
Decided yesterday to fit two new spark plugs in the Commando and had trouble starting it and keeping it going, not a good sign, so will of course take the old plugs as spares. Ran alright once warmed up?

Take pliers and bust off the tangs on any thrust washers for this year, they are not needed to place into the timing casting locating hole . Letting them rotate somewhat is far better than the soft bronze tang snapping off and being slurped towards the oil pump. Some clown at the factory bent them over with pliers to create them ,weakening the bend point.
