Smokin... and I don't mean in a good way

IMO, follow Ludwig's advice and determine where it's coming from (and if it actually is oil) by disconnecting rocker feed at the back of the timing case and warming the bike up (make sure to refit the banjo with a spacer/washer before you start it). If it does turn out to be the head (best case scenario for an oil problem), follow other advice given by removing exhausts and intake manifolds to check for oil on valve stems, this will further localize the issue. My point being is that you need to take a logical, systems based approach to diagnosing the problem without getting carried away fretting about worst case scenarios
