You quote current plates. Do you have any evidence I’m wrong about the original fiber plates supplied on ‘72 750 Commandos?
I was responding to your quote about the RGM plate, which have an aluminium core.

I don't know anything about what was supplied originally with a 72. Refer to Joe Seifert's 2010 post and Lab's above. They would know better than either of us.

You say you don't know anything yet you seem to be some type of authority at present on fiber clutch plates
THESE ARE PURE FIBER PLATES THAT CAME OUT OF MY 72..

The original 061339 plates were solid fibre and I don't think anyone is disputing that.

The current Surflex "122 M 8" plate according to the Surflex data has an aluminium core.

The core might not be visible in various pictures when new but is almost certainly there.
