66 Norton Atlas-my first Norton

The cylinders are fixed and ready to be picked up. The head should be ready too. So stay tuned for new pictures. He bored out the cylinders and lined them with steel. Then put in new pistons and rings and matched them up.

Getting closer. The cylinders and head are now done and look fantastic. There is an old Norton factory racer here in Forest City that did the work. I think you can really tell he enjoys his job. He even honed each piston to each cylinder and then marked them for me.

Those do look good, I have a '69 basket case that has a messed up set of cylinders, and was thinking I'd have to replace them. Could you PM his info to me so that i can get in touch with him and see if he can fix mine too. Thanks in advance, Cj
