Hi I am thinking of making mine a bit quieter. I have found these and they fit the internal diameter of the mega although I will have to cut down the internal pipe to fit. Best bet is to get some baffles made specifically for your megas. Try and get the perforated tube as long as possible, and then wrap it in baffle packing. Baffle packing helps remove the harsh tones, so you can still have it pretty loud, but less offensive.

Better late than never, a few images from the Caffeine and machine meet:

Having been delayed by my number plate almost vibrating off on the M25...London orbital..a particularly tiresome first hr or so of the journey...I had to stop and use a latex glove to tie it back on after the thought of 'must take some tie wraps with me' left my mind almost as soon as I had thought of it, before leaving, here I am late at the 'on yer bike' shope and cafe:

I have some baffles situated far down to pipe so they are not visible. I don't think I put any baffle wrap in them as was worried it would be too quiet!!!!!!! It isn't so will do this first and then see

VIP Parking in the hotel!

Breakfast brought to the room, which was eaten outside, as the day was so nice:

Then on the way home rode with Richard and Geoff, stopping off at the super sausage cafe

we split fairly soon after to head towards our various destinations.

Just great. I posted this meet last year I think and have my time off all planned for months. This morning I stuck a Stanley knife through the front of my ankle. Stupid thing to do I agree. Not one of my finest moments. It’s covered and strapped but not sure if I will be able to ride. If not then I will be there albeit in the car I am so p@@@@d off with myself.

Thank you. Everything seems to work fine but it’s a large gash and should really have had stitches but if I am not working then my team will not be able to either. And it’s a difficult job in Southampton with hotels etc all booked so I cannot put it off. May visit A&E tonight just to check.

Superglue and tape has repaired many a cut/injury on myself...my missus is never impressed by my self repair standards though, still, better than losing a day in a waiting room

Ouch! They have special clippy tools for toenails mate, no need to use a Stanley.

Is your tetanus up to date? Sepsis can be a real bitch to treat.
