I haven't noticed that before. I will pay closer attention once I'm on the Thruxton sometime in May when the snow and mud are gone.Similar here, no track available, but on a real twisty road comfort issues disappear. Getting to the good riding is where the discomfort can occur.

I'm thinking one of the reasons I miss my '03 Daytona so much is the clip-ons. Being closer to the road somehow inspires confidence. I'm sure I suffered pins-and-needles with that bike, but maybe I didn't care?
