I'll agree with Foxy, im know a few people who use or have used diesel oil in their outfits (must be a sidecar thing!!) Personally I use Castrol R40.....but then thats for the track!
I use Amsoil 20/50 Syn, the normal grade not the highest price one. Minimal wear on bores and cam with enough zinc present to meet high load contact points etc. Yes it's costly but only change once every 9 months (5500km a year)
