Ever try spunky canyon? you gotta get over there if you get a chance and have not... That little road is rediculous!

Ask, and ye shall receive!

Though, I had to spice up the title and back-story a little bit. Just to razz all you wicked Norton riders!

Besides, he who shoots the video gets to spin it however he likes, no?

Muhhahahhaaaa!

See Y'all out there!

Iceteanolemon - the prior post's link is to Bouquet Canyon and then Spunky Canyon; you can see how the DRZ gets lost as the Commando and FZR 1000 walk away on a road with corners of a higher average speed.

I know acceleration & braking ability have everything to do with it but sometimes it's just the ridder. I know my bike can do things I don't have the nerve to do anymore. I practiced doing a hard core lefthander on my 1st Norton & thought I had it about as fast as that corner could be taken. Then one night my roomates bike ran out of gas, I road pillion on MY bike while he took the same turn faster than I have ever done it still & I'm 30 years older now!! It ain't the bike it's the ridder & like Mrs Anderson said, It ain't the gun that kills it's the hole.

Great video. I did the same thing on the same road on my '70 just recently. I finished first with expert riders me, myself and I. Sadly I don't have any video to prove any of this. You'll just have to take my word on it. But Kenny Cummings wouldn't have a chance with me on that road
Of course I'd have to have mine built like his, be on a track, and be 35 years younger. And then wake up from my dream. :P
All foolin aside. I can't get enough of that Daytona video. There is a certain RPM that hits the sweet spot in my ear, brain, heart. Kind of the same feeling when I hear Black Sabbaths Supernaut riff
