Do NOT use Carole Nash , after a no fault accident my commando got taken to there repairers 4th Dimension, then the trouble started, 10 months and my bike came back with the front wheel not in the centre of the forks . Long story before. I got it sorted . Carole Nash was no help at all the more I complained the longer they took. I eventually won the day ,bike fixed by a competent repairers and I got substantial compensation , now with footman James .

Carole Snatch I’ve heard them called and not recommended by many other forum members.

Insurance companies are not allowed to tell you where to get a repair done - it is your property and you have the right to choose.
