Getting back on track {Boring as it may be] i would get the yolks measured while you are it, impacts hard enough to bend the stanchions could have twisted the yolk's.?

Fork tubes definitely bent. Haven't looked at the triple clamps. Maybe I'll look at it next weekend...

And measure your springs, mine ended up different lengths. Course you could actually SEE the bend on mine. Yours probably OK.
