My limited experience has been positive Bonneville shop.
On thing I learned way back in the 70's is a shop is primarly Triumph and sells Norton parts, their Norton knowledge is limited and the concern is little.

Whoever packed the parts probably has no idea which is correct.
Still no excuse....

It was 2 triumph rocker box base gaskets I ordered
They sent only 1
This really caused me grief as I was running out of time
Their excuse was staff shortage!
Maybe one person per gasket needed?

they are one of my preferred suppliers. i usually price shop with several vendors, so don't use anyone exclusively. can't say i've ever had issues with them.

I had a problem with an order . I'll consider it the price of an education . There are many people selling parts , they won't miss me and I won't miss them .

New to Norton , not new to bikes

I call Greg Marsh first....... his parts are high quality, prices are reasonable (if not cheap), and he ships fast if it's in stock. If he doesn't have it, he will tell me where to look.

I've bought a few parts from them. No issues other than the time I ordered the wrong Podtronics unit, which promptly crapped the bed. My fault for not being more concise.
