Hi - seen reference to relays coming loose before - what about something to hold them in place as a new product line for CNW? Maybe a 3d printed clip?

The fuse box cover holds them in place when the foam pad is in there. You can add a piece for the fuses which are also under that same cover. I'm sure all the new bikes have this now. My 2014 has this from the factory. Its the earlier machines say 2013 and earlier which may not have this.

Don't forget to zip tie the fuse box backside connectors to the fuse box also . The connectors can also work loose with vibration . Iwilson posted a picture of this when he did this to his bike and it is a very good idea. I also added the foam to the top of the fuses . I did this to my machine last year, because the vibration can cause lots of issues .

Foam impressions show that the relays are snug fit.
No impressions from the fuses though, so maybe add a little additional foam in that area.
+1 to plastic tie around cover and frame for extra security.

The ones on my bike that backed out are not in the fuse box. They are 4 black cubes mounted in front of the fuse box. And that tilt sensor did not turn of my bike when My friend dropped it last year. Layed there with the wheel spinning till I turned of the ignition.

Mine old and new style tilt switch both work. I tested them.
No, not by dropping the bike, but just by turning the switch...;)

Can you send along a picture of the area with the relays ? So if you can zip tie those as well.
