Glad to hear that everything seems to be ok at long last.
I do think you are making a wise decision to replace the original parts though.
I know it’s not much of a saving but you don’t need to buy the needle roller bearing (part no 064711) as the gear wheel (064731) comes with one fitted already.

The new parts came from Norvil while I was in Spain last week and I just started fitting them yesterday. The inner recess in the engine sprocket which takes the sprag measured 6 thou bigger than the new one and the boss on the gear wheel which is driven by the sprag was about 5 thou smaller than the replacement. I don't know if this would have made a huge difference, but the tooth falling out of the old sprag when I removed it made me really gratefull for the advice I received here to replace everything.
A coupla hundred quid well spent I think.
